Shyne Po is coming home soon…wanksters

shyne

Today the rapper known as Shyne learned around 2:30 p.m. that he will be given the minimum in regards to his parole, according to his attorney, Oscar Michelen. Through an interview with HipHopDX, Michelen informed all of the conditions and arrangements made as it pertained to his parole release.

“He gave him two-and-a-half [years], which was the minimum. The D.A. had requested the maximum, five years… [Shyne] got a chance to address the court today. He did address the court and asked court to consider not giving him any post release supervision at all. But the court said that it was obligated to do so. And [the judge] pointed out that he agreed with our argument [and so] he's gonna give us the minimum… And we're just thankful that the court read our sentencing memorandums and agreed with our position. We now wait for his release, which should be October 6th.”

Some may question why the sentence is coming now, especially since the rapper has already served 8 _ of his 10 required years. Michelen explained that when he was sentenced in March 2001, he wasn't given a parole sentence which was actually mandatory. As a result, the Correction Department made a request for the court to re-sentence him.

Life behind bars has caused a change in the rapper. Spiritually, the man once known as Jamel Barrow has now become a devout Orthodox Jew and changed his name to Moses Michael Leviy.

Initial fears came from the client and his attorney if Shyne were given the full five year parole term it would limit him from making rounds and even making a consideration to music as he would not be allowed to leave the state of New York and he would have constant surveillance on him as he would have to be given permission to engage in most activities as an artist. He will, however, still have particular restrictions to deal with after his release in October, according to Michelen.

“[The] parole [board] will decide [any restrictions],” he noted. “The usual parameters are you can't leave the state without prior permission. If you change your address you have to give them notice. You can be randomly drug tested. They could even search your home randomly without notice. And the most important [parameter of parole] is if you were to commit a crime, or get re-arrested for anything, you can face jail for the full two-and-a-half years of your PRS [post release supervision].”

Although the last thing that might be in the mind of Shyne is music, there have been rumors that he has been in talks with Jay-Z to be yet another recruit for his new Roc Nation imprint. The rapper allegedly went to speak with Shyne last Friday to discuss the possibility of him signing. Nothing has been confirmed from this rumor, however.

Shyne has been incarcerated since his involvement in a shooting on December 27, 1999 at Club New York. At the time he was under the Bad Boy label and was in the company of then Puff Daddy and his former girlfriend Jennifer Lopez. Although there seems to be no need for worry or retaliation, Shyne has stated that he knows his former boss had a hand in him living behind bars and snitched on him in some form.

Game Releases D.O.H. Shirts

Man, maybe Jay-Z shouldn't have called The Game a groupie. It has been reported that the West Coast native has taken his rap beef with the Brooklyn MC a step further by creating and releasing D.O.H. T-shirts which clearly is abbreviated for Death of Hova.

This may seem reminiscent of the G-Unot campaign that was orchestrated by The Game during his beef with his former group members. With the fan backing that Game was able to receive in that campaign, it could mean trouble for Jay as his album continues to approach and he has kept his mouth closed as he is having rocks thrown at him from all sides since he released “D.O.A.” While the front of the shirt reads “D.O.H.,” the back says “T-Pain Stays, Old Hova Goes.”

This battle has honestly been pulling along for some time as The Game has continued to throw jabs at Jay. Although his motives now seem to be retaliation from Jay referring to him as a groupie, everyone knows that Game has been on this topic for a very long time.

In an interview with DJ P-Cutta, HipHopWIred.com was able to get his perspective on the history between the two.

“As far as that beef goes, I think that Game, from what I have been putting out in relation to what he's said about Jay, he's been going at Jay-Z for a reason that's really unknown. He's just been taking different shots at him and been trying to get at Jay for a minute. When he was asked about it he always was just like ‘nah, I ain't going at Jay'. When Jay had that line with him saying that he wasn't talking about him, it gave Game the chance to really go in. Now that Jay said his name, other than calling him a groupie and saying that he wasn't really dissing him, these days if you say somebody's name then they take it like a diss. All you need is an inch and they will run with it. He's kind of overboard off that small thing though. I think that a lot of it is just for publicity and some of it could be that he feels that Jay has been doing it for too long and wants him to sit down and let other artists shine. It's more or less that he's actually trying to shine and in any way that he can he is going to do it.”

As it relates to any response that may be brewing from the rapper that made “Takeover,” it has been rumored that he is currently in the works of releasing a diss track titled “Groupie Love.” If this is true, Kanye West has clearly decided to choose his side and not remain neutral as it has also been rumored that he will be handling the production and although he may not have words for the Compton rapper, actions sometimes ring louder than words.

The Devil Made Me Do It

Rookie-Cop-R

A San Antonio woman has claimed responsibility for what police are calling the most gruesome child killing in recent history.

Otty Sanchez informed police that she was “hearing voices” and that the devil made her kill her infant son, Scott Wesley Buchholtz Sanchez who she just gave birth to on June 30. The boy’s body was found stabbed, decapitated and mutilated early Sunday. According to police, Sanchez skinned the baby with a kitchen knife, then she stabbed herself several times in the abdomen.

She was taken to University Hospital where she rested in stable condition and was later charged on Sunday night with capital murder

10 Ways to Tell a Person is Lying

SuspiciousHusband-main_Full

There is no real way to tell why a person would fix their mouth to tell a lie. Unless otherwise obvious, like lying to conceal an illegal endeavor that can land you in the slammer, like money laundering, robbery or homicide, a felony of sort will definitely produce a lie or two. However, there are a multitude of scenarios to paint the picture of why a loved one would lie to you. Be it kinship, friendship or romance, there are several reasons why one may feel the need to tell a lie, but there are always ways to tell. Take a look at these 10 tips that are indicative of skewed truths.

1.) Study Body Language - when someone is lying or claiming falsities, there are almost always physical clues. For example, a stiff demeanor, wringing of the hands, a nervous sway, sweating and fidgeting are, in some cases, a dead give away. A lot of times people tend to overlook the subtleties.

2.) Probe for Details- sadly, someone who is lying will go out of their way to convince you that he or she is telling the truth, including enduring a semi-cross examination. If you seek details of the proposed truth, there are bound to be holes through the story. The devil is in the details so circle back and ask specific questions and, more often than not, the liar is bound to slip up.

3.) Refusal to Cooperate – if a person is lying, they will sometimes try to dodge the entire conversation by storming off to another room when questioned, accusing you of being untrustworthy and insecure. If a person is telling the truth, they have nothing to hide and no reason to avoid your questions. But the moment your inquisitions spark erratic behavior and refusal to cooperate, you’re more than likely not going to get the truth.

4.) Sketchy Eye Contact – people who lie hardly notice that they display telltale signs. Eye contact is one of the easiest ways to gauge if a person is telling the truth. Often times, a liar will have shifty eye contact, and the eyes will drift around the room. People who have mastered the craft, will have no problem looking you in the eyes and telling a bold face lie, and these are the people you want to avoid at all costs.

5.) Watch for Stress Indicators – when a person is stressed with the idea of coming clean and decides to take the lying route, psychologists say that dilated pupils and a change in vocal pitch are very common amongst liars. In this case, if someone is trying to convince you of non-truths, their voice suddenly shoots up a few octaves, and they look like a deer in headlights, he or she could be lying.

6.) Listen For Pauses – if someone is in a situation that calls for immediate damage control and resorts to lying, he or she will have to make up a story on the spot. While making up a story isn’t hard for some, they will pause for a beat or two to collect their thoughts and think of the next part of the lie. This is how one lie leads to many and remember to ask detailed questions.

7.) Listen and Ask Again- if you’re asking questions throughout a liar’s storytelling process, you, yourself, may tend to forget what you’ve asked and the answers given. But if you’re quiet and listening, the liar will feel that they’ve prevailed and are no longer on guard. But once, they’re finished with their story, ask him or her to repeat the story again from beginning to end, and there are bound to be inconsistencies. Be weary though, smart people lie better than most.

8.) Watch for Catchphrases – someone who wants to appear as though they’re telling the truth may use phrases like, “honestly” or “to be honest.” In other words, this person is making a conscious effort to be “honest,” which could mean everything that was said prior to “to be honest” could be a lie, or everything after the “honestly” could be untrue as well.

9.) Be Honest With Yourself - the truth hurts, and sometimes people say they want the truth but will gladly believe a lie, and this is why liars succeed. Some will willingly lie to someone who has a weakness for them, and know how to maneuver to produce the desired results. But does the story really make sense? Don’t ask questions you don’t want answers to, or get lied to. Pick your poison.

10.) Trust Your Gut - intuition is something a lot of people have learned to ignore or overlook with age. But be in touch with your inner-self; if something inside says, “this is not right,” or you get the distinct feeling someone is trying to get over on you, trust your instincts and take that as all the truth you need.

Jesus Take the Wheel: Lady Burns Husband’s Nuts With Hot Boiling Water!

A poor guy got his sack melted because his wife thought he was cheating.

In a lesser town, Emmanuel “Ojo” Ojofeitimi would have been just another dude whose wife got angry at him for cheating and poured a cauldron of boiling water over his genitals while he slept. In New York, we have tabloids!

Ojo’s appearance at the hospital sent hospital employees flying to the phones to call their favorite tabloid reporters. Ojo was only too happy to describe the dramatic incident in detail!

“I didn’t know what had happened. By the time I woke up, the skin was falling off,” Ojofeitimi said.

It sounded like a woman screaming,” a neighbor in their Springfield Gardens building said of the 6 a.m. attack.

Between the Daily News and the Post, this story got a total of nine bylines today. If the Al “Grits” Green incident happened today, an entire spinoff paper would need to be launched. Tabloids: there when we need them.
